oh my. I never pulled any of my kids teeth, in fact the first time sky lost a tooth i called mark because it was making me sick. Rachel, you are amazing.
I am glad to see somebody besides me pulls teeth with a paper towel. That is what I always did for Mark and Becky and I have also pulled some for Kent that way. Can't remember for sure, but I think I even pulled one for Ethan.
